I bought this service in preparation for obtaining a VA Home Loan. I was skeptical at first at buying this with regards to releasing my personal information to a third party to act on my behalf. After doing some investigation into the Touchstone Research Group from other resources, I ordered the DD214 & Veterans ID card package from them. I was not in a rush to obtain my records, so I opted out of the express service.
After about two months, I received notification that my records were obtained and were immediately available for download from their website. I believe they originally stated that it usually takes about 4-6 weeks to accomplish, but this happened during the middle of the Coronavirus epidemic, so I was not surprised by the delay. I logged into the site and was able to download digital copies of my DD214. About a week later, I received my physical copies with the Veterans ID card in the mail. I was able to test out the Veterans ID card successfully and is a beautiful tool to have at my disposal.
Overall I am delighted with the services that the Touchstone Research Group provided me.
