The service was quick and easy to use and the member I spoke with on the phone was concise and friendly.
HOWEVER, when I received my hardcopy items in the mail, they were completely saturated in some dark dry liquid. It may have been coffee. Not a great reflection of quality control.
[Hello Emily, No evidence of any staining appears on the documents which we uploaded - scans made at the time of our packaging and shipment. And, our researcher writes: "I checked the copies we received and they were not stained from the source. So it happened between the time we retrieved, sent and she received.
I take pride in my work & I truly believe Pam upholds my standards in all the work she performs here. I can only speculate the liquid leaked through the TYVEK during shipping.
However unsatisfied clients damage the bottom line !!!" So we will ship another copy at no additional charge.]
