I placed an order with Touchstone for an emergency rush copy of my DD Form 214 on Thursday evening 04-28-11. I spoke with military archives the following Monday who informed me Touchstone's representative had picked up the form from them on Friday 04-29-11. Worried about getting the form in time for the closing on my new home, I called Touchstone and spoke to Jasen on Monday 05-02-11. He was very helpful and sent an email to the representative assigned to my request reiterating the urgency. I woke up this morning, Tuesday 05-03-11 to a pleasant surprise. I received an email yesterday evening from Touchstone with a link to download a certified copy of my DD Form 214. God bless Touchstone and the wonderful representatives who have helped me in my journey. Without them I would've missed out on this home or had to drive to St. Louis!!
